Physical Description: Like any domestic, even wild, canine, Lupin possess a variety of different colors and patterns upon their coats and eyes; in addition to this, Lupin typically have very lean-structured builds rarely taking on a very muscled appearance having, also, a very expressive facial structure that makes it easy to read a Lupin's emotions without having to guess the motions of its tail. The lupin clan also has various subtypes within them called tribes. They are the Wolf, Fox and Jackal tribes.

Note: No hyenas, no domestic dogs such as pugs, collies etc. The only tribes mentioned are the only ones that exist.

Society: In society, Lupin are known for their fortitude and cunning making them ideal hunters and gatherers for markets or isolated contractors. The Lupin are popular for their loyalty and work ethic; rarely aggressive, most Lupin are good-natured and have come to be accepted as one of the friendlier races in Xilrin.

Relations: As friendly as the Lupin may be, there are always exceptions to the rules and aggressive behavior is sometimes found in the more primitive Lupin. In normal circumstance, Lupin are generally indifferent concerning the affairs and matters of other races keeping to their own business. The downside to the Lupin is, of course, its pride, resulting, sometimes, in a very stubborn Lupin. A Lupin provides its loyalty on its own terms and rarely accepts forceful treatment. Poor treatment of any Lupin may prove deadly as Lupin have a tendency of hunting in packs. Provoking one may soon become hundreds. Lupin don't care for cities and prefer settlements no larger than a small town.

Alignment and Religion:Most Lupin tend to value honor and to do whats right most of them tend to lean towards lawful good. In matters of religion, Lupin lean more towards a shamanistic faith.

Adventurers: Lupin adventure not only for hunting and gathering, but for the scenic view. A great respect for Xilrin, they often isolate themselves to admire or show reverence to Xilrin (i.e. - a beautiful sunset or massive expanse of ocean).
